According to the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and Interim Regulations on the Election of Primary Organizations of the Communist Party of China and other relevant regulations, the Party branch of Zhonggang Construction Group held a meeting of all party members on the morning of June 27 according to the unified arrangement of the Party Committee of the County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau with the topics as follows: first, to proceed the general election of the branch; the second is the election of party representatives of the Party Congress of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.

The meeting was chaired by Xu Dali, current secretary of the branch. Xu Dali informed all of the number of party members present at the meeting. The number of attendees complied with the Constitution and the corresponding regulations of the general election of the primary party organization, and the branch general election meeting officially began.

First of all, Xu Dali led all party members to sing the national anthem to the majestic accompaniment, recalled the party oath, further enhanced the strength of the party organization, improved the sense of honor of all the party members, and played the exemplary role of party members with full enthusiasm, laying a good foundation for celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party. After that, he made a work report (2018-2021) to all party members of the branch, comprehensively summarizing the development of the branch’s activities and self-construction. Finally, Xu Dali announced the election method and the list of candidates, and elected a list of vote observer and vote counter. During the voting process, the branch strictly followed the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness. Special vote observer and vote-counter counted the votes and announced the results. After a secret ballot and differential election at the party meeting, three comrades including Qin Gaoju, Ding Yi, and Lv Lixia were elected as members of the new committee of the party branch.

At the same time, in accordance with the requirements of the election of the Party Member Congress of the County Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, a solemn election of the Party Member Congress was held. Before the formal election, the participants learned the relevant disciplinary regulations carefully. Afterwards, the elections were conducted by secret ballot and differential election. The attending party members carefully filled out the ballots and gave a sacred and solemn vote of their own, and finally elected Qin Gaoju and Lv Lixia as the party representatives.

After the meeting, the new branch committee held its first branch committee, elected the branch secretary, and divided the work of the branch committee. Qin Gaoju served as secretary of the branch, Ding Yi served as deputy secretary of the branch, and Lv Lixia served as an organizing committee member.
