On the morning of March 28th, Chairman Chengbing of Zhonggang Construction Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. met Fernando Iahaia, head of the Industrial Department of the Delgado Provincial Bureau of Industry and Commerce, at Delgado Cement Plant. Qin Keding, general manager of Zhonggang Construction Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and Liu Tao, general manager of Delgado Cement Plant, were present.
The chairman, Cheng Bing pointed out that the Bureau of Industry and Commerce played its full role in eliminating difficulties and worries for enterprises, and provided our company with help and services in time. It had sent staff to the cement plant for many times to investigate and guide the work, to help the cement plant solve the problems encountered properly, and to maximize the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the cement plant. Cheng Bing expressed his sincere gratitude for its work.
According to the external economic situation and the influence of market changes, the general manager, Qin Keding put forward that the leaders of the Bureau of Industry and Commerce would coordinate and solve the problems in the cement plant. Fernando said that he would do his best to provide relevant services so as to make the cement plant bigger and stronger and better serve the local economic construction.
